Multiple problems

Sounds like you have multiple problems. Focusing just on media to start - I would recommend you have point to point video working before adding in the vmgr and vmcu. The conference focus manager and sip proxy registrar components are all that is needed for a 2 person video call. Make sure your comm server and sip pr / cf media server are running and login with two connect clients and verify av works. Once that is working, then its best to proceed to the other components.
